Endless Online - middle 2017 update

Not much has changed. Arnoud van der Horst (Vult-R) stays hidden.
But recently - much more took place than we could expect.

It's probably another scum attempt. While the price seems high, If you could consider
how much it may profil - taking down Eoserv and replacing it with a new content that may bring some $ - I would say it is reasonable. I'm not expecting even a 0.01 chance that Sausage will agree. At least - you have to be sure that $ will reach you bank account.

And still - it is worth to consider if Eoserv may have its comeback as different domain etc.

Additional facts - those guys are claiming to reach Vult-R/Arvid and be near buying the graphics. Well - since those 2 guys are unable to reach themselves - ...

That's all. Let's hibernate further.

EO is offline for over a year

Endless Online has been turned off after last hacking attempt. Hosting account has been compromised, a fake document (ID for Netherlands) was provided and Customer Service consultant did a password reset. All in all - probably, Arnoud van der Horst lost the whole database and didn't decide to start with a new one.

The story ends here, probably.

EO is offline

Just woke up, checked the stats, was surprised that stats don't rise and realize the server is offline.
Oh well. It seems that all ports are online, only 8078 is down, what means that it was another DDoS attempt which crashed the app. Nothing special. Let's wait few "weeks" before someone will realize that his child is on its knees, again.

2015

It was a long journey! And we are back. I was active for all the time (Es, Abus, Abuseme),
logging randomly, checking what's new. And.. not much! 120 players online is the maximum what EO may reach these days. Got added Vult-r on skype but his responses are rare.

DDoS is still an issue, seems the server is a source of attacks every weekend. Oh well.
There was a DDoS protection uploaded few weeks ago and was broken, even I cannot log in.

We are still hanging on eopolska IRC channel - we had to migrate to freenode due to ddos attacks too.
Which is ok, for now.

In my personal life - yeah, changes. I've left Mobica and join Fujitsu a year ago, still busy recruiting Software Engineers. Wish to recruit Vult-R one day, but it will not happen, for sure.

Will be posting at least once a month!
